Text Message Program
Basin Tint & Sound sends text messages to customers who ask for them. Here is exactly what that means.
How you sign up. There is no form on this website. You opt in verbally, in person at our counter or by phone, when you book an appointment, drop off a vehicle, or check out. Before we add your number, our staff will read you this:
"By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Basin Tint & Sound about your appointment reminders, vehicle status updates, invoices, and review requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase."
We only add your number if you say yes. Your consent is recorded in our point-of-sale system with the date and time it was given and how it was captured, and our system will not send a message to anyone without that record. Agreeing to texts is never required to buy anything from us or to have work done.

This is the consent control our staff completes in our point-of-sale system when you say yes in person or by phone, recorded with the date, time and how consent was given. It is shown here so you can see exactly what we record. There is no online sign-up form on this website.
What we send. Appointment confirmations and reminders, vehicle status and vehicle-ready notices, invoices, and a request for feedback after your visit. We do not send marketing blasts. Messages come from our store number, (575) 437-4242.
How often. Message frequency varies and depends on your vehicle and your visits.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Stopping messages. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that. Reply START to sign back up.
Getting help. Reply HELP to any message, or call us at (575) 437-4242.
Your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
